Ellab is hiring a Health, Safety & Facilities Coordinator to support our safety culture, help maintain ISO-aligned systems, and keep our facilities safe and efficient. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone early in their H&S career who’s keen to learn, take ownership of tasks, and grow under experienced mentors.
What you’ll do
Support ISO 9001/14001/45001 policy, procedure, and audit activities.
Help maintain Safety Management Systems and drive engagement.
Draft/manage RAMS and track improvements.
Maintain client portals and compliance documentation.
Conduct site H&S visits/audits and follow up on actions.
Track training compliance and cert expiry (Manual Handling, Safe Pass, Forklift, MEWP).
Assist with incident logging, investigations, CAPA, and legal register updates.
Deliver toolbox talks/briefings and H&S training support.
Coordinate facilities maintenance, repairs, contractors, and building compliance.
Support energy/environmental controls and facilities budgeting admin.
What you’ll bring
1–2 years’ experience in a health and safety, quality, or facilities role, ideally in a regulated or client‑facing environment.
Awareness of ISO 9001/14001/45001; exposure to management systems, audits, or RAMS is a plus.
Working knowledge of Irish H&S legislation and building safety basics, with willingness to keep learning.
Strong organisation and attention to detail; comfortable managing trackers, portals, and documentation.
Clear communication and people skills; confident delivering briefings and engaging with teams and contractors.
Proactive mindset with the ability to follow procedures and escalate when needed.
Relevant H&S qualification or training (e.g., NEBOSH/IOSH/QQI modules); facilities certification is an advantage.
Full driving licence mandatory for occasional site travel.
