Job Title: Technical Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator with 5+ years of experience in a similar role to join our growing organisation. This is a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on, first- and second-line IT support to internal staff across hardware, software, and networking issues.
* Manage and maintain system infrastructure including servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud services.
* Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.
* Oversee user onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and device setup.
* Act as a key liaison between IT and business teams, translating technical issues into business terms.
* Support cybersecurity best practices and assist in IT policy enforcement.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical support role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS) is a strong advantage.
* Background or solid understanding of business operations and how IT supports organisational goals.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
* Must be willing and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
