About Corporate Secretarial Services:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager / Senior Manager to lead our corporate secretarial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong general corporate secretarial experience to join our global network and provide top-class corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of corporate clients.
As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day team supervision and project leadership. This entails providing corporate secretarial services, corresponding with clients, leading corporate transactions, attending client meetings, and working as part of a team.
* Responsibilities:
* Provide corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of corporate clients;
* Correspond with clients and support the global network in the provision of company secretarial services;
* Lead corporate transactions, including group restructuring or simplification, domestic mergers, share capital restructuring, and more;
* Attend client meetings and provide board support;
* Correspond with regulatory bodies and clients on corporate filings;
* Work as part of a team with fellow managers, directors, and partners on joint projects;
* Assist with the smooth running of the department, including billing, risk management, transformation, and recruitment;
* Lead the growth of the department, propose new business, and positively contribute to the overall development of the practice;
About You:
* You have a proven record of commitment to professional and client service excellence;
* You possess strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work as part of a successful team;
* You hold CGI qualification with significant post-qualification experience;
* You have strong corporate secretarial technical knowledge and commercial awareness;
* You have excellent IT skills and proficiency in using Relate Company Secretary (not essential);
