Job Description
The Occupational Therapist will manage and deliver high-quality occupational therapy services. They will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering services in line with best practice. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of evidence-based practice and quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and plan occupational therapy services to ensure a high-quality, person-centred approach.
* Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with best practice and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide effective support to service users.
* Conduct continuous quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Be registered as an Occupational Therapist with the relevant professional body.
* Have a minimum two years of post-qualification clinical experience.
* Evidence of participation in continued professional development.
* A full clean driving license and access to a car.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
