Monitor operational performance, compliance, and financial targets, reporting progress regularly. Requirements Previous experience as an Operations Manager in hotels, resorts, or boutique hospitality. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills with proven ability to implement systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic planning and hands-on management. Strong commercial awareness and a track record of improving efficiency and standards.
