Business Development Manager (M&E Markets) £40-£50k We are working with a successful NI M&E Consultancy delivering on projects across the construction, commercial, data centres and pharma market to recruit for their new Business Development Manager.
A Business Development Manager (BDM) drives business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
They are responsible for finding and pursuing new business opportunities, including developing a network of contacts, researching market opportunities, and overseeing growth projects.
BDMs also manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and may train junior sales teams.
