Key Responsibilities:
1. Design building structures using reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, proprietary roofing and cladding products, composite floors.
2. Alterations and modifications to building structures.
3. Foundations, pile caps, retaining structures.
4. Site investigations specification and review.
5. Sketches preparation for design illustration.
6. Technical report writing.
7. Reviewing construction drawings completeness and accuracy.
8. Inspecting construction works and site reports preparation.
9. Coordinating designs with other disciplines.
10. Irish Building Regulations requirements and implementation knowledge.
11. Awareness of Designer's Health & Safety responsibilities.
12. Project stages, roles, industry practices understanding.
13. Team collaboration and communication skills.
14. Self-motivation and accurate work production within project deadlines.
15. Task planning, organization, and implementation.
16. Quality Management System compliance (ISO 9001:2015).
17. Attention to detail and flexibility in the team environment.
18. Life sciences/pharmaceutical sector experience advantageous.
19. Contract documents, Project Engineering or Project Management preparation experience advantageous.
20. BIM and Revit competency advantageous.
