We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, including our sales development representative (SDR) teams. We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Our goal is to manage inbound leads for a global tech company and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy and a rigorous work ethic.
Your primary objective will be to manage and mentor a successful team of 2–10 SDRs/BDRs, maintain a multi‑million‑dollar pipeline, and explore new outbound approaches to adapt to market changes.
Qualifications and Values
Excellent academic results at school and university
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology
Track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement—curious, flexible, scientific

Leadership experience in one form or another
Ability to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement
