Job Opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Renewal Manager.
This is a unique opportunity to work with our clients, ensuring the successful renewal and retention of existing contracts. You will be responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our products, identifying opportunities to close more revenue and enable the adoption and expansion of our solutions through up-selling and cross-selling.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mentality, and a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Responsibilities include:
* Engaging in conversations that result in successful renewals, up-sells, win-backs, cross-sells, and referrals
* Reconciling orders against contract parameters to ensure proper license configurations and pricing
* Preparing quotes and booking orders of diverse complexity to ensure proper invoicing
* Managing pipeline by tracking all customer activity, from prospect to deal closure
* Maintaining an updated sales forecast in our CRM system
* Handling customer inquiries through to resolution while building up our customers' awareness and understanding of our product attributes, elements, upgrades, add-ons, etc.
You will also partner with Sales, Tech Support, Finance, and product teams to address challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements include:
* Proficiency in German and English; other European language is a plus
* Good command of Excel with the ability to easily interpret mathematical information
* Results-driven, with a customer-first mentality and eager to learn
* Strong communication, consultative, and influencing skills
* Proven team player
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet evolving business requirements
* Strong attention to detail, following and improving processes
A background in contract renewals, sales operations, or account management within an enterprise environment is beneficial. Relevant educational background in technology, business, economics, or similar is also advantageous.
