Senior Data Governance Professional
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Governance Professional to play a key role in our data governance strategy. This is an opportunity to work with stakeholders, driving communication and collaboration between teams to ensure effective data governance practices.
This role involves implementing data governance standards, policies, and procedures into business operations. You will support the Regeneron IOPS Data Governance and Integrity program as a site expert, providing advice and engaging with business units on DG priorities and action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement data governance standards, policies, and procedures into business operations.
* Support the Regeneron IOPS Data Governance and Integrity program as a site expert.
* Be the allocated business area's key DG contact, providing support, advice, and engaging with the allocated business unit on DG priorities and action plans.
* Assess allocated business units' current policies and processes, coordinating the achievement of local KPIs.
* Conduct regular data audits and assessments to identify DG issues and work with business areas to prepare for DG auditing and inspections.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, FDA, EMA, WHO).
* Proven success in implementing and managing policies in regulated environments.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Stakeholder management and influence skills.
* Experience with quality systems and change management.
A bachelor's degree and 7+ years of professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in pharmaceutical/FDA-regulated work areas such as data management & operations, quality assurance, compliance, manufacturing operations, quality control, or IT are required.
