Main Purpose of Job
To ensure all public, guest, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest five-star standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing to a welcoming, safe, and memorable experience for all guests.

Front Office, Guest Services, Maintenance
Main Duties
To arrive on duty and identify assigned areas as directed by the Supervisor, Coordinator, Assistant Manager, or Manager.
To clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lounges, restaurants, and member areas to a five-star standard.
To service back-of-house areas, associate facilities, and changing rooms as required.
To vacuum, mop, dust, and polish all designated areas.
To clean internal glass, doors, mirrors, and windows as per daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
To ensure public restrooms are checked regularly, cleaned, and fully stocked at all times.
To carry out deep cleaning tasks in line with departmental schedules and standards.
To operate cleaning equipment safely and ensure it is maintained and stored correctly.
To maintain cleanliness and organisation of storage areas and housekeeping equipment rooms.
To manage waste disposal in line with hotel procedures, including general waste, recyclables, and glass.
To report any maintenance issues, hazards, or defects that may impact guest experience or Safety.
To assist in maintaining the overall appearance and presentation of the resort at all times.
To respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
To communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
To attend daily briefings, meetings, and training sessions as required.
To adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
To work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, in line with business needs.

Qualifying Criteria
Previous experience in housekeeping or public area cleaning preferred.
Experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to operational needs.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
