Customer Service Representative – Motor Industry
Noel Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our well-established client based in Park West, Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive customer service team within a large and respected motor distributor group.
Our client is looking for a customer-focused and professional individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with a wide variety of queries across phone, email, and internal systems.
This role would particularly suit someone with previous customer service experience who is looking for a more varied and engaging position.
About the Role
Working as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for handling customer and dealer queries across multiple well-known automotive brands.
The role involves a mix of inbound calls, emails, and system-based queries, ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries received through phone, email, and internal systems
Provide professional and efficient customer support across multiple channels
Review and process warranty claims and related payments
Manage B2B customer service and warranty-related queries
Maintain accurate customer service and warranty reports
Liaise with manufacturers and internal departments where required
Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care
Operate effectively within a dynamic and evolving team environment
Minimum Requirements
Previous customer service or customer-facing experience essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong IT skills with the ability to learn multiple systems
Professional, calm, and customer-focused approach
Living in Dublin with appropriate right to work (sponsorship NOT provided)
