This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on credit management and customer account handling.Job Type:PermanentLocation:Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 (Hybrid – 3 days in office per week)Salary:€35,000 - €40,000Benefits:up to 10% pension, 23 days AL, staff discounts,Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Responsible for implementing company policy on credit controlResponsible for ensuring that customers adhere to their agreed payment termsEmploying collection techniques as appropriate, including letters, phone calls and stop listsPhone customers daily regarding overdue paymentsProcess credit applications and set up once approvedHandle all customer queries re credit control issuesPrepare monthly aged debt report for CM, highlighting any high- risk customers along with recommendations re collectionsPrepare monthly debt reports for Sales Team highlighting any high-risk customers, recommendations along with support requiredReturned payments updated on to the system and pursued dailyDealing with customer queries and the supply of PODs and copy invoices as requestedDebtors' policy procedures to be followed on all overdue balancesEnsure that accounts with unpaid cheque or direct debits are put on credit stop until issues are resolved to our satisfactionMeasures:Achieving Credit Control KPI'sCash CollectionBad debts kept to below budget levelsDebtors Policy adhered to at all timesPerson Specification & Experience:Minimum of 3- 5 years' experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role within a medium to large fast paced organisationStrong IT skills, with proficiency in financial systems and reporting toolsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong numerical ability and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teamsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
