Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement revenue distribution strategies for hotels
* Manage relationships with hotel sales and reservations departments
* Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates
* Reduce distribution costs by identifying new, cost-effective means
* Recruit, train, and manage reservations teams
The successful candidate will be able to develop strong relationships with hotel teams, 3rd parties, and other cultures. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
