Job Title: Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader

About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for directing daily grounds and turf maintenance activities, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cultivate Turf Health: Enhance the appearance and value of properties through direction of your crew in the execution of daily grounds and turf maintenance.
* Landscape Equipment Operation: Drive, use, maintain and properly operate landscape equipment to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
* Communication and Feedback: Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on landscape needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

* Love of the Outdoors: Passion for working outdoors in various environmental conditions.
* Horticultural Background: Preferred background in Horticulture or Landscaping, with knowledge of turf, weed, tree and shrub identification.
