We are seeking an organized and attentive Full Time Office Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of our Welding Fabrication business based in Drogheda Co. Louth. The successful candidate will play a key role in office coordination, documentation management, and accounts administration, including the use of Xero accounting software.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations and provide administrative support to project managers and director.Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation.Prepare, issue, and track invoices, progress claims, and supplier payments.Perform accounts payable and receivable duties using Xero accounting software.Assist with payroll preparation.Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal staff.Schedule meetings, site inductions, and maintain calendars.Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulationsAssist with reporting, data entry, and general office tasks as required.Skills and ExperienceProven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.Demonstrated ability to use Xero accounting software.
