The role involves working across three community group homes in Carndonagh, providing high-quality patient care as a registered nurse (RGN), psychiatric nurse (RNID), or intellectual disability nurse (RPN).
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive nursing care to clients within the community group homes.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Participating in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Registration as a RGN, RNID, or RPN with the relevant governing body.
* Proven experience working in a community setting, preferably with vulnerable populations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and their families.
