Role: ERP Data Analyst
Contract type: Contractor (6-9 months)

Job Summary:
The ERP Data Analyst is responsible for analysing and optimizing data within a Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment to support business operations. This role involves ensuring data integrity, developing reports, and providing insights to improve decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis: Analyse data within the ERP system to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
* Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within the ERP system by performing regular audits and validations.
* System Optimization: Work with IT and business teams to optimize ERP system performance and data workflows.
* User Support: Provide training and support to ERP users on data-related issues and best practices.
* Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for data processes, system configurations, and user guides.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within an ERP environment. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle is highly desirable.
* Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and excellent communication skills.
Desired Skills:
* Knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
* Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
