Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Ireland. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless dining experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff hiring and training, and ensuring the quality of food and beverage services. The role also involves supervising operational efficiency, fostering team development, and adhering to health and safety standards.
