Quinn Property Management is a growing, client-focused property services provider specialising in residential rental portfolios and commercial block management. We pride ourselves on delivering proactive, professional, and compliant property care to our clients and tenants.
We are now seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to join our team. This is a key role ensuring that our managed properties remain safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across our residential and commercial property portfolio
* Conduct onsite property inspections and follow up with detailed reports and actions
* Liaise with stakeholders regarding compliance with building regulations, fire safety, and other statutory requirements
* Identify maintenance risks and manage corrective actions efficiently
* Coordinate external contractors including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and specialist service providers
* Review and approve quotes, ensuring value and quality delivery
* Manage maintenance scheduling, tracking, and documentation in our property management system
* Support project works, refurbishments, and capital improvements
* Provide quick response and resolution to tenant maintenance requests
* Foster positive working relationships with property owners, tenants, contractors, and the internal team
Skills & Experience Required
* 1+ years' experience in a maintenance, facilities, or building management role
* Strong knowledge of building regulations, mechanical and electrical systems, and general construction trades
* Proven ability to manage contractors and multiple workloads
* Excellent communication, reporting, and organisational skills
* Proficiency in IT systems and digital maintenance tracking tools
* Full, clean driving licence required
