Insurance Professional
This is a key role in the insurance sector, focusing on client relationships and renewal management. Key responsibilities include managing clients' renewals, processing amendments, cross-selling, and up-selling across various product lines.
* Securing renewals, processing amendments, and implementing sales strategies.
* Managing client retention in line with company targets.
* Negotiating with new and existing customers.
* Setting up new client accounts and ensuring documentation accuracy.
* Maintaining accurate client files and records.
* Ensuring timely completion of Mid-Term Alterations, Renewals, Accounts entry, claims liaison, and Correspondence tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess an APA qualification, CIP preferred, experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment, 1-year sales or customer service experience in a similar role required, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for working within the insurance industry.
