From wholesale and retail to production, bottling, and fulfilment – our integrated departments operate under one roof to deliver Ireland's most comprehensive service offering to both established and emerging whiskey brands.

As our production and bottling department continues to expand, we are seeking a Bottling Line Tooling Operator to assist with tooling and support our bottling operations. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing company in the heart of Ireland's spirits industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Tool and prepare bottling line equipment prior to production start
* Set up Polaris automation machinery with correct materials and components
* Ensure all production line tools and components are clean, organised and compliant
* Identify and troubleshoot equipment faults and communicate issues effectively
* Carry out quality checks and enter results into quality tracking systems
* Palletise and shrink-wrap finished goods for inventory and distribution
* Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the production area
* Accurately log part changes, repairs, and daily maintenance checks
* Follow SOPs and production targets as set out by the shift lead or Production Manager


Requirements

* Previous experience in a bottling, production, or manufacturing environment preferred
* HACCP and/or Forklift Certification desirable
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a physically active role, including lifting up to 20kg
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Own transport preferred due to start times
* Willingness to work occasional Saturday tooling shifts if required

Working Hours

* Full-time, Permanent
* Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (start times vary between 6:00 and 8:00am)
* Occasional Saturday tooling (4 hours) may be required
