Job Title: HR Administrator Location: Sandyford, Dublin.

Role Purpose: The HR Administrator will support the Learning & Development (L&D) function and HR technology initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery of training programs, efficient use of HR systems, and accurate data management.
This role combines administrative excellence with a passion for employee development and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Learning & Development Support: Coordinate training programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions.
Manage training calendars, bookings, and attendance tracking.
Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and maintaining compliance records.
HR Technology & Systems: Maintain and update HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Generate reports and dashboards for L&D metrics and HR analytics.
Support system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user queries.
General HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records related to training and development.
Assist with onboarding processes and induction programs.
Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office; familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in HR administration or L&D coordination.
Exposure to HR technology systems and reporting tools.
Exposure: Working with cross-functional teams and external training providers.
Supporting digital transformation projects within HR.
Education: Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications in HR or L&D (desirable).
