You will manage a personal caseload of consumer and brand complaints, applying your analytical skills to resolve and conclude cases.
As part of our transformational projects, you will contribute to operational improvements and technology developments.
This is a challenging full-time position requiring flexibility around hours worked in a hybrid working environment.
