Job Title: Senior People Operations Manager

The role of Senior People Operations Manager is a vital one in our organization. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
\

1. Manage and develop a team of People Operations ICs, providing regular coaching, feedback, and support.
\
2. Build team capability and engagement through clear expectations, growth opportunities, and accountability.
\
3. Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented culture grounded in our values.
\
4. Oversee day-to-day delivery of People Operations services, including onboarding, off-boarding, case management, data administration, and compliance.
\
5. Act as the point of escalation for complex or sensitive employee queries and cases.
\
6. Ensure policies and processes are delivered consistently and with a focus on experience and compliance.
\
7. Drive improvements across systems and workflows to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance service delivery.
\
8. Collaborate with the People Leadership Team on technology enhancements and automation initiatives.
\
9. Document, standardise, and scale People Ops processes across global teams.
\
10. Contribute to cross-functional projects and lead delivery of key HR initiatives (e.g. performance cycle, comp reviews, engagement surveys).
\
11. Support change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new programs or processes.
\
12. Maintain data accuracy across HR systems and tools.
\
13. Analyse lifecycle, engagement, and case data to identify trends and inform improvements.
\
14. Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders across the People team and business.

15. Cross-Functional Partnership:

16. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, Legal, Finance, and IT to align processes and ensure seamless delivery.
\
17. Help ensure People Operations supports strategic goals across the employee lifecycle.
\
18. Compliance & Policy Implementation:
\

19. Ensure HR practices align with internal policies and employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
\
20. Contribute to policy updates and ensure operational rollouts are smooth, clear, and well-communicated.

Key Qualifications:
\

31. 7+ years of HR or People Operations experience, including people leadership and operational ownership.
\
32. Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and build scalable processes.
\
33. Strong working knowledge of global HR practices, including onboarding, case management, compliance, and data handling.
\
34. A mindset for continuous improvement and comfort with tools, systems, and automation.
\
35. Participation in or delivery of cross-functional strategic projects.
\
36. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach others and partner across teams.
\
37. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or international environments.
\
38. Nice to have:

39. Experience with HiBob, Jira, Kamsa, Ledgy, GSuite, Slack, Notion.
\
