Job Description:
As a Director of the Early Learning Initiative, you will be responsible for leading our team in achieving its mission to improve educational outcomes for children and families through evidence-informed early learning supports.
You will provide strategic leadership to drive growth, deliver excellent results, and ensure the overall well-being of our beneficiaries. This includes broadening reach by partnering with various stakeholders, strengthening programs at local levels, and future-proofing our initiatives through continuous evaluation and improvement.
We are seeking an exceptional individual who can lead us towards realising our vision: providing a high-impact model for community-based early intervention services across Ireland. Your Action Plan should outline how you intend to achieve this goal.
