This role will suit someone with experience in B2B sales and people management skills.
Responsibilities
1. Make and follow sales plans to help the business grow.
2. Use customer feedback to help the team improve sales strategies.
3. Run regular meetings to predict future sales, so the company can plan product supply.
4. Set up training programs to help the sales team learn new skills and improve.
5. Use dashboards to check how sales are going and find ways to improve.
6. Work closely with partners in manufacturing to grow sales and keep customers happy.
7. Achieve KPI targets, motivate sales team to achieve goals aligned.
Requirements
8. A degree in Business or similar, or experience as a sales manager
9. Leadership, people management experience
10. Good knowledge of how to grow sales and keep customers.
11. Manage many tasks and meet deadlines while staying organized.
