Senior Project Town Planner Role
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, this Senior Project Town Planner position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with professionals and contribute to the delivery of various environmental projects.
Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting planning applications, developing strategic planning documents, engaging with clients across public and private sectors, leading project teams for successful project delivery, and contributing to the development of environmental reports.
* Deliver Strategic Advice: Provide expert guidance on planning and environmental matters to support business growth and success.
* Lead Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with professionals to deliver high-profile projects across infrastructure, urban development, and waste management.
* Prepare Planning Applications: Develop and submit comprehensive planning applications to support business objectives.
Requirements include a degree or masters in town planning, minimum 7 years experience, extensive knowledge of planning legislation, corporate membership of IPI/RTPI, and previous experience in team working and overseeing projects.
