Is it Permanent/ Contract: Contract – 6 months extendible
Is it Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid – 1 to 2 days a week
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support across end-user systems, applications, and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically strong, and passionate about troubleshooting, technology, and continuous learning.
This role requires the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot and support Mac and Windows environments.
Manage and support SaaS applications, including user provisioning, access management, integrations, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Assist users with hosted productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence.
Diagnose and resolve networking issues related to TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and VPNs.
Support and adhere to information security best practices and organizational security controls.
Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to improve support efficiency.
Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders, providing updates on issue status and resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support processes and user experience.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Hands-on experience supporting MacOS and Windows systems.
Experience working with SaaS platforms, user management, integrations, and SSO.
Exposure to information security systems and security best practices.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and VPNs.
Ability to work independently while keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping users.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
Experience with MDM and identity management tools such as Addigy, JumpCloud, or similar platforms.
Understanding of cloud networking concepts.
Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
