About this role
This position involves coordinating and supporting technical services investigations, routine product maintenance operations, and design transfer activities for new haematology products.
Job responsibilities
* Coordinate and complete investigation tasks and product maintenance support activities to the required specifications.
* Provide technical direction to QC associates on issues related to CSCA failure investigations of product quality issues.
* Support other BC departments in their internal problem resolution/product maintenance support.
* Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure project requirements are delivered.
Requirements
* A Level 8 degree or diploma in chemistry, biochemistry, or equivalent with 5+ years' experience.
* Familiarity with failure investigation techniques, handling chemicals, and laboratory equipment.
* Ability to work independently and manage complex situations.
