Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Technology to lead and drive the IT function within their organisation during a period of growth and transformation. Key Responsibilities: IT Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of the company's IT strategy in alignment with overall business goals. Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring a high level of performance and professional development. Technology Infrastructure: Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security across all systems. Budget Management: Manage and allocate the IT departments budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness. Security & Compliance: Ensure the organisations IT systems are secure, compliant with industry standards, and protected against potential threats. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and technology solutions are cost-effective and efficient. Project Management: Oversee and deliver on IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the business's technological requirements. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role (e.g., Head of IT, IT Director, CTO). Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, network architecture, cloud solutions, and enterprise software. Strong understanding of IT security, data protection, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
