This is a full time, on site, permanent position.The Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the consistency, stability, and high performance of our equipment, systems, and processes used in our Manufacturing and Packaging facilities.THE ROLE:Responsible for planning, coordination, scheduling and execution of Maintenance/Reliability Projects and activities with support from the engineering department and other site functions.Work with the Engineering teams and wider site operational personnel in all aspects of the site operation. Ensure all equipment and operational processes are designed, changed and managed for maximum utilisation and valued total cost of ownership.Act as a key technical resource for the operational focus on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, lean / operational excellence programs and problem resolution for electronic/mechanical/process equipment issues.Implement the use of asset criticality ranking and development of optimized maintenance strategies for all assets based on their respective ratings and optimise spare parts inventory levels.Develop, Implement and promote a Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) strategy onsite using Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA/FMEA) assessments in conjunction with System Owners, Maintenance and operational units.
