Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
* Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies, monitor trends, manage content calendars, and oversee community engagement.
* Content Creation: Create graphics, oversee content production with external partners, and support social media campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
* Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, optimize performance using data insights, and ensure brand consistency.
* Digital Marketing: Manage online presence, utilize SEO/SEM strategies, and drive traffic and engagement.
* Event Management: Plan and coordinate corporate events, manage logistics, and follow-up activities.
* Collaboration: Work with sales to develop promotional offers and support materials.
* Vendor & Agency Management: Manage relationships with external partners to ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with marketing trends and seek process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in retail, ecommerce, or consumer industries.
* Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools.
* Excellent communication skills.
