CSA Construction Manager – Data Centre ProjectWe are currently seeking an experiencedCSA Construction Managerto join a major hyperscale data centre project inDublin. This is akey leadership positionon a fast-track, highly technical build, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a landmark project.The CSA Construction Manager will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution ofCivil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages, ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget, safety, and quality requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all CSA construction activities from site mobilisation through to handoverCoordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and site management teams to achieve programme milestonesDrive best-in-class health & safety performance, ensuring full compliance with site and client standardsEnsure works are delivered to the highest levels of quality, meeting both specification and client expectationsWork closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Commercial teams to resolve issues and mitigate riskAct as a key point of contact for the client on all CSA-related mattersDevelop, mentor, and motivate site teams to perform at their best in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentCandidate Profile:Proven experience delivering CSA packages on large-scale construction projects (data centres, life sciences, pharma, or large commercial projects preferred)Strong leadership capability with a track record of building and managing high-performing site teamsExcellent understanding of construction sequencing, interfaces, and programme deliverySafety-first mindset with a focus on quality and client satisfactionStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsApply or reach out to Jason McGowan Recruitment Director with 3D Personnel for more information
