The Regional Festival and Events Coordinator will play a pivotal role in promoting and coordinating festivals across the region. This dynamic individual will report to the CEO, working collaboratively with external stakeholders to ensure seamless festival delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive calendar of regional festivals and events, ensuring it is accurately reflected across tourism portals and websites. They will provide expert advice on logistics, event licensing, budget management, insurance, health and safety protocols, and risk mitigation strategies to help local organizations optimize their event planning and execution.
The Regional Festival and Events Coordinator will champion sustainability initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for festival and events committees, and develop training workshops to educate organizations on best practices for hosting festivals and events.
