Executive Chef Position
A highly skilled and innovative leader is required to oversee the kitchen operations in a 4-star hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintain high culinary standards in food preparation, cooking, and presentation in line with hotel protocols.
2. Assist in stock control, cost management, and budget planning for food outlets.
3. Liaise with senior management, head chefs, and other departments on business aspects of food services.
4. Inspect and verify delivered goods against requisitions and delivery documents.
5. Represent the Head Chef at weekly Food and Beverage meetings.
6. Evaluate and improve service quality from the Kitchen staff.
7. Develop a comprehensive maintenance and cleaning schedule for the Kitchen areas.
About You
* We seek an experienced Sous Chef with 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership skills are essential for effective team management.
* Good knowledge of inventory control and budgeting practices is necessary.
* Familiarity with HACCP procedures in multiple kitchens is beneficial.
