Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential in this role.
In terms of qualifications, you should hold a relevant degree (e.g., HR, Business Administration) and have certifications such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-SPHR.
