This aircraft leasing company are expanding their pricing operations into Dublin and are seeking a senior pricing / investment analyst to support their aircraft trading team in Dublin. The company are focused on leasing and trading mid life aircraft and engines.The pricing analyst position will play a mission critical role in supporting the origination & sales for commercial aircraft leasing investment efforts. This is a high exposure role, that leverages your ability to develop comprehensive financial models and provide recommendations to support new capital deployment & portfolio management. Your strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and drive for accuracy will be crucial in driving informed decision-making and achieving our objectives.Job Description & Responsibilities:Primarily involved in financial modelling, maintenance modelling and analysis of aviation investment opportunities in line with the objectives of the business.Drafting of Deal Committee papers and Investment Committee proposals.Assist with aircraft investment opportunities from the sourcing stage, to underwriting, through deal closing – and beyond. Responsibility for monitoring and management of specific elements of the portfolio.Assisting in the on-going transaction structuring and risk monitoring of portfolio investments and evaluation and closing of divestments.Perform periodic and ad-hoc analysis on the portfolio fleet to support the aircraft trading team in making informed decisions on actively managed investmentsJob Requirements:Preferred:Experience in aircraft leasing or maintenance / MRO commercial / pricing functionsExperience of financial and maintenance modelling involved in aircraft acquisitionsRequired:Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral & written) skillsHigh Proficiency in Excel Financial / Cashflow ModellingExcellent numerical and analytical skillsAttention to detail and accuracy is essentialGood team player, self-motivated and proactiveStrong time management skills & ability to meet tight deadlinesOnly applicants with prior experience pricing / underwriting aircraft investments will be considered.
