Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Contract: Permanent
* Support the Associate Director in managing all commercial aspects of projects
* Assist with procurement, appointment, and management of subcontractors and suppliers
* Prepare accurate monthly progress accounts and valuations
* Monitor project costs, cashflow forecasting, and financial reporting
* Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks
* Participate in tender preparation when required
* Manage final accounts and subcontractor re-measurements
Required Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor Degree or above in Quantity Surveying
* At least three years experience in a main contractor or subcontractor
* Preferrably experienced in residential sector
* Strong IT skills (MS Office essential)
* Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
