* As a Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to vulnerable people. You will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of carers.
* You will manage carer on-boarding, rosters, training/development, and overall carer welfare with the support of your Regional Manager and Support Office.
* You are expected to deliver 20-hour Carer Induction Training to ensure carers are prepared and trained in advance of providing care.
* Monitoring daily activities using One Touch Care Management software is also one of your responsibilities, ensuring safeguarding and compliance at every level.
* You should communicate closely with the Support Office regarding scheduling runs, client care, and HSE communication.
* You are required to identify, monitor, and manage training needs within your team, implementing a career development path in line with the HR strategy.
* You need to ensure Client Quality Assurance reviews are carried out and recorded in line with Homecare and HSE Standards.

Requirements:

* QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher)
* Experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role
* Using One Touch Care Management software is preferable
* You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* You should be well organised and process driven
* You are expected to have effective time management skills
