We’re building a single, unified platform that transforms how care is delivered and managed and we’re looking for a Head of Product to lead this next stage of product evolution.
Role Overview
The Head of Product will lead OneTouch Health’s product management function, overseeing a team of Product Managers and Product Owners responsible for our core care management, compliance, and learning products. This role will shape and deliver the product strategy, align cross‑functional teams, and ensure our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers and the broader healthcare ecosystem. You’ll report directly to the CTO and work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to define and execute a coherent product vision across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate the company’s product strategy and roadmap in alignment with SLT and key SME inputs, business goals and customer outcomes.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Owners across multiple product lines.
Partner with the CTO to align product strategy with technology, platform, and architectural evolution.
Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, workflows, and challenges across the healthcare and learning sectors including home care and residential.
Establish and run Customer Advisory Councils to capture insights, validate ideas, and build trusted partnerships with key accounts.
Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch and post‑launch optimisation.
Collaborate closely with Engineering to plan releases, define scope, and ensure successful and timely delivery.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure customer feedback informs roadmap prioritization and adoption strategies.
Work with Sales and Marketing to support go‑to‑market planning, competitive positioning, and product messaging.
Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, NPS, and revenue contribution.
Key Outcomes / Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
Establish and lead a high‑performing product team with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
Deliver unified product roadmap and platform strategy across care management and learning products.
Launch and operationalise Customer Advisory Councils with regular cadence and actionable insights.
Demonstrate measurable improvement in customer adoption, engagement, and retention metrics.
Align product delivery cadence with company OKRs and achieve on‑time, on‑budget delivery of key product initiatives.
Increase collaboration and transparency between Product, Engineering, CS, and Sales functions.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience managing and scaling SaaS products in a multi‑product environment.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, platform strategy, and enterprise customer lifecycle.
Experience in healthcare, social care, or learning management systems (LMS) desirable.
Demonstrated success leading high‑performing teams through growth and transformation.
Skilled in stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and modern product tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Productboard).
