About Fieldfisher LLP Litigation and Dispute Resolution Offering
Fieldfisher LLP Litigation and Dispute Resolution team advise and represent commercial clients, both domestic and international, operating in the insurance, IT, aviation, retail, banking, financial and regulatory sectors with all aspects of litigation, disputes, mediation and arbitration.
The team represent clients across all Court jurisdictions, with particular emphasis on High Court and Court of Appeal litigation.
Fieldfisher LLP have an immediate vacancy for an Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor to join their thriving Litigation & Dispute Resolution unit. This is an ideal opportunity for an Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor who is keen to progress in a forward-thinking firm.
The successful candidate will join a busy team where they will gain hands on experience and a variety of work including:
Contractual and commercial disputes;
Defence of casualty, professional negligence and Directors & Officers insurance claims;
Landlord and tenant litigation;
Employment injunctions and disputes;
Shareholder disputes, including minority oppression.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
4+ years’ experience in Litigation (although all suitably qualified, including more experienced candidates will be considered);
An excellent work ethic with a positive ‘can do’ attitude;
Ability to manage a volume of cases and to ensure deadlines are met;
Strong organisational and time management skills;
Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail;
Be a 'team player' with strong communication & interpersonal skills;
Possess strong commercial acumen;
Be able to foster trusted relationships with clients;
Be willing to participate in business development initiatives.
