Main Responsibilities
* Apply strong clinical knowledge of therapeutics and evidence-based medicine to evaluate medical literature, clinical guidelines, and healthcare trends, contributing to the development of drug coverage policies.
* Presentation of utilization management criteria to committees such as the National Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) committee and Utilization Management Committee.
* Uphold high standards of clinical integrity and ethical practice to ensure fair and equitable access to medications through utilization management strategies.
About the Job
This full-time position comes with specific working hours of 5 days a week starting at 10:00 AM local time in Dublin to support operational needs. Careers in this field offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our office in Dublin and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model.
Requirements
* Registered Pharmacist in Ireland (with the PSI).
* Proven experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
