Café Team Member
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our café team as a Café Team Member. This role will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude, ensuring that all visitors have an excellent experience.
* Coffee Service: Provide high-quality barista coffee service to meet the needs of our customers.
* Till Operations: Operate the till with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash and card transactions with ease.

* Food Preparation and Service: Assist in food preparation and service as needed, working effectively within a team environment.
Requirements:
* Availability: Availability to work a minimum of ***** hours per week is required.
* Flexibility: Flexibility to work mid-week shifts and weekends, including bank holidays (working any 4/5 days out of 7) is essential.
* Barista Training: Preferably trained as a barista, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
* Customer Care: Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality customer care is a must.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role is preferred.
