We're hiring for a Personal Lines Account Executive to support our growing Personal Lines teamTo keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we're looking for a dedicated Personal Lines Account Executive to join our Private Clients & Personal Lines insurance team The Personal Lines Account Executive will work with our Head of Private Clients & Personal Lines.We're looking for someone with:APA / CIP QualifiedExperience with insurance software and systemsAbility to work well within a teamStrong commitment to confidentiality Previous insurance experience preferably within personal lines Using these skills, you'll be:Managing and servicing a portfolio of Personal Lines insurance clients, delivering an exceptionally high standard of customer serviceActing as a primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries professionally via telephone and emailWorking closely with the Head of Private Clients & Personal Lines to support the ongoing development of the Personal Lines divisionEnsuring all client data and documentation is handled in strict confidence and in line with regulatory and compliance requirementsMaintaining accurate records and documentation, demonstrating a high level of attention to detailCollaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment to achieve service and business objectivesProactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve retentionUsing internal systems efficiently to manage client information and workflowsUpholding the company's professional standards, values and reputation at all timesWho is NFP?
