Your new role As Account Director, you will manage a portfolio of key commercial clients, ensuring retention and identifying growth opportunities.
Youll act as a strategic advisor, delivering tailored insurance solutions, leading renewal negotiations, and mentoring junior team members.
This role offers a blend of client-facing work and leadership responsibilities, with the autonomy to shape account strategy and deepen client engagement.
What you'll need to succeed 7+ years experience in commercial insurance, with at least 2 in a senior client management or leadership role Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial lines (Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, etc.)
