About Your New Job
* Maintenance and Repairs
: As a Refrigeration/Catering Engineer, you will carry out both reactive and planned maintenance on commercial catering appliances, ensuring minimal disruption for clients.
* On-Call Rotation
: Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every sixth weekend to provide timely support.
* Installation and Inspections
: Install new catering equipment, conduct warranty inspections, and perform regular maintenance checks to ensure safety and efficiency.
* Fault Diagnosis and Repairs
: Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to commercial catering systems, ensuring smooth operation.
* Customer Interaction
: Communicate effectively with customers and internal colleagues, responding promptly and professionally to service requests.
What Skills You Need
* Experience
: Prior experience within the catering or engineering sector is preferred.
* Certifications
: Gas certification or experience is advantageous (training available if needed).
* Technical Skills
: Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilities are beneficial.
* Driving Licence
: Must hold a full, clean driving licence.
