Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works related to steel structures from fabrication through installation.
Responsibilities include managing on-site steel erection, alignment, and connection works to meet design and safety requirements.
This role requires strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and contractors
* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
* Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
* Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in CSA construction management
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
