Job Title: HR Operations Specialist
Our organization is seeking an experienced and organized HR Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for administering employee records, managing time and attendance data, supporting payroll processes, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes,
including contract administration, reference checks, system access setup, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. You will also assist Senior Management with disciplinary and grievance procedures including documentation meeting coordination.
