Due to our continued growth and success, we now have an opportunity for a hardworking Senior Business Development Manager to grow revenue amongst a core client base and to win new Estate Agent business for our Property Sales Team.
The successful candidate will have in person meetings with Agents throughout County Dublin. You must be in possession of a valid Driving Licence and your own motor vehicle.
Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor, connecting your property clients to hundreds of thousands of visitors annually.
* Educate and sell a range of advertising solutions to estate agents, promoting our growing advertising solutions.
* Build and develop relationships with key decision makers to increase revenue opportunities.
* Contribute to strategy and business development to set a foundation for future growth.
* Establish a presence within the property community as a spokesperson.
* Utilize value-based selling to communicate the strength of our market position.
* Identify sales opportunities through existing clients and prospecting, managing sales cycles.
* Meet and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
* Manage designated accounts in the Dublin region.
* Share market insights with management and teams to identify new opportunities.
* Manage your pipeline effectively using CRM tools like Salesforce.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of online or B2B sales experience.
* Excellent relationship management skills and proactive account management.
* Experience with tools like Salesforce and Tableau is advantageous.
* Proven ability to use data-driven insights for negotiations.
* Strong sales record with consistent target achievement.
* Comfortable speaking with C-Level clients.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Competitive, resilient, and a team player.
